OCD, Social Anxiety, and Isolation – Live Web Stream with the IOCDF

Like many in our current Covid-19 pandemic time who struggle with OCD, the additional social isolation and frequent co-morbid social anxiety can complicate the daily symptom struggle even more.
Typical physical symptoms of Social Anxiety Disorder can include:
